News:

Homoeopathy is a legally recognised system of medicine under the National Commission for Homoeopathy Act, 2020, and homoeopathic medicines are regulated under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940.

National Commission for Homoeopathy Act, 2020 established the Commission.
